OFFSHORE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

  • Conducting regular research on new opportunities for generating business.
  • Responding to RFPs (Request For Proposal) and RFIs (Request For Information).
  • Attending queries received from front end sales team.
  • Understanding client requirements and conceptualize solutions to meet them effectively.
  • Make Client specific sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Responsible for Content development for proposals.
  • Identifying client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on proposals for customized business solutions.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison and optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the sales team in approaching prospective clients and generate business by doing background work on client information.
  • Responsible for complete sign-off with the front-end sales team on all documents to be sent to the client.
  • Developing project plan including Scope, Cost, Schedule, Quality, Human Resources, and Communication.
  • Project planning, execution, monitoring and resource balancing skills to support multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Quickly and accurately incorporated internal customer processes where appropriate, suggested and implementing more efficient alternatives. Introduced SDLC environment in Company.
  • Gathering timesheets and producing monthly billing.
